All Angels Vineyard
Labels

All Angels produce wonderfully delicious English Sparkling Wines from grapes grown in their own historic Berkshire vineyards.
The name itself is taken from the vineyard’s nearest (and oldest) neighbour, the 12th-century All Angels Parish Church, which still has markings made by knights leaving for the Crusades. Before they left, the knights carved a vertical line in the church wall, and those who returned added the cross section to make a sword.
The labels were created using the distinctive shape of the beautifully graphic shield, which represents the farm, the vineyards and the church (the latter in the form of the swords of those aforementioned knights). With the redesign of the labels, we decided to bring the shield front and centre. We used it to create an elegant and ownable shape for the label itself and then gave the labels a stripped-down colour palate and introduced a gold foil to the shield (with silver for the BDB and rose gold for the Sparkling Rosé to follow).
The result is an elegant, fresh design that perfectly reflects the character of All Angels wines.
